To create opportunities for professional growth and development for pre-college students, young professionals, and professionals young at heart, by providing new skills and resources through, coaching, mentoring, and collaborative learning and teaching.
About Us
The APlus+ Deans List was established in 2019. It began as a vision from founder Angelic Dean who had been providing training and professional development supports through various avenues. The goal was to establish an organization that could assist individuals as they maneuver through skills needed to obtain employment as well as setting short and long term personal and professional goals. It is also the goal to support organizations through growth and development of their management teams and organizations as a whole in regards to climate, self-care, and leading, through inspiring and motivating others. The high school track was designed in mind for the first generation college family who may need additional supports navigating college and career opportunities, but is open to any pre-college student. APlus+ Deans List Inc., also provides group trainings for high school students.
